    <li>Contact number was chopping off leading zeros on ticket screen. Fixed with JSON serialization function</li> 
    <li>On creating ticket the invalid contact number error gave the whole list of the group instead of just the 
      selected name.&nbsp;Now&nbsp;only the selected name is shown in the error.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
